FEEDING THE HUNGRY, NOURISHING THE SOUL

The St Lucy Project of the Diocese of Arlington’s Catholic Charities connects food resources with local food pantries. On September 12 & 13, our Knights of Columbus will be collecting non-perishable food stuff at SKD and delivering it to the St Lucy warehouse.

On September 5 & 6, blue food collection bags will be available after Mass. Ask an Usher if you don’t see bags and take as many as you want to fill with non-perishable food. Please no glass and no expired product.

Please return your donation on September 12 & 13, leaving the food inside the church near the usher’s closet. After the last Mass at SKD the donations will be collected and delivered to St Lucy.
